Reinvented was founded on a simple conviction: a setback should never be the end of someone’s story. Too many capable people professionals, entrepreneurs and young people alike get written off, or write themselves off, after a knock. We’re here to change that.

Reinvented exists to help people begin again, turning a setback, a transition or a fresh start into a real second chance.
We provide the training, mentorship, events and consultation that help professionals, entrepreneurs and young people rebuild their skills, confidence and livelihoods.

Across the North West, thousands of people are locked out of work or opportunity not because they lack talent, but because they lack the right support at the moment they need it most. A redundancy with no plan for what’s next. A business that folded and took someone’s confidence with it. A young person who left school without a route into work.
The support that does exist is often generic, one-size-fits-all, or hard to reach. Reinvented is different: cohort-based, mentor-led, and built by people who understand starting over because they’ve done it themselves.
